  1. Service Agreement
    • Our massage services are provided at your requested location, whether it be your home or hotel in Dubai.
    • By booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
    • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  2. Booking and Cancellation
    • Bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our website.
    • We require a minimum of 2 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
    • We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
  3. Payment
    • Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash and major credit cards.
    • Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price will remain as agreed.
    • Any additional charges, such as travel fees for locations outside our standard service area, will be communicated and agreed upon prior to the service.
  4. Conduct and Professionalism
    • Our therapists are trained professionals and are committed to providing a safe and respectful service.
    • Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the service.
    • We maintain a strict policy against any form of harassment or illegal activity.
  5. Health and Safety
    • Clients are responsible for informing us of any health conditions, allergies, or other relevant information prior to the service.
    • Our therapists reserve the right to refuse service if they believe it may be detrimental to the client’s health or safety.
    • We adhere to strict hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for our clients.
  6. Liability
    • Outcall Massage Dubai is not liable for any injury or damages sustained during or as a result of our services, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.
    • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
    • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the service.
  7. Intellectual Property
    • All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Outcall Massage Dubai and is protected by copyright laws.
    • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our express written permission.
  8. Governing Law
    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Emirate of Dubai.
    • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
